• Due to COVID-19 the California Department of Education has required us to stop distributing (online or paper) Free & Reduced Meal Applications. Instead, we are asking families to fill out the "Household Data Collection" form. If your child is already approved for the Free & Reduced Meal Program you do not need to fill out the "Data Household Collection" form. If you are not already approved please fill out the "Household Data Collection Form". Please either mail, drop off, or email the form. Mail to: OUSD, Child Nutrition Dept., 500 Dyer St, Orcutt CA 93455. Drop off: OUSD in the blue USPS box and the entrance. Email to: [email protected].
