Pay with Credit or Debit Card
The Orcutt Union School District has made arrangements to accept credit or debit cards for various items such as child care services, year books, and lost books.
- There is a convenience fee per transaction. One percent (1%) of each transaction will be charged to your account. You may use a pay pal, debit card, or use major credit card.
- Once payment is accepted, an e-mail confirming payment is sent to the Child Care Office Manager or District Accounting Office. The e-mail is sent out within the hour of the time a payment is made.
- The credit card holder accepts all responsibility and releases the Orcutt Union School District and its representatives from all liability for any misuse of credit card information by non-authorized users.
It is very important to provide the following information in order to issue the credit to your child.
Child Care Services
Please include the following information in the note section of the payment window to receive credit in your child's account:
- Student's first and last name
- School of attendance
- Day time telephone number
There is a 3+% fee charged per transaction by the agency providing credit services. Child Care Services will share the cost with parents. Parent pays 1% and we pay the rest. Please add 1% of the total amount paid to your transaction.
