This district holds a special place in my heart because of the people who work and live here. We have such dedicated employees and such a supportive community. It is clear that the culture in this district continues to put students first and to do whatever it takes to ensure our students have what they need to succeed not only in the time they are here with us, but in their future endeavors. I am proud of what we have accomplished and excited about what is yet to come.” Edds received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Irvine, her Master’s Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and her doctorate from the University of California, Santa Barbara as part of a joint doctoral program with Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
