Junior high and elementary families will be able to see their student's homeroom/classroom teacher the evening before the first day of school within the Parent Portal (Student Demographics: Teacher).

Aeries Parent Portal was redesigned in 2019, if you have not already, once logged in, click your email address used to login, then click Preview the New Portal. All screenshots used throughout our website show examples using the new portal. The new portal is easy to navigate and provides all the same information as the previous port, but is more flexible and adaptable for mobile devices. The view will depend on the device being used and whether they are in Portrait or Landscape mode.  Each section can be collapsed by clicking on the '^'.  The sections can be reordered by dragging the Header.

Parents can switch between students or link new students by clicking on the student shown at the top.

Junior high and elementary families will be able to see who their child's homeroom teacher is the evening before the first day of school within the Parent Portal (Student Demographics: Teacher).

DATA CONFIRMATION:

Parents of students attending the following schools:  OAHS, Lakeview Junior High, Orcutt Junior High, Alice Shaw, Pine Grove, Joe Nightingale, Patterson Road and Ralph Dunlap will need to enter the Parent Portal to confirm data (i.e., address/phone updates, emergency information, etc.) and acknowledge school procedures prior to the start of each school year. Upon completion of data confirmation, parents need to print and sign a form that must be brought to school. (This process replaces sending home all the forms to sign and return!) At this time, Olga Reed, OAK-8, and OAK-8 Independent Study parents will still need to complete and return paper forms at the beginning of each year.
