Karen Dally is an Orcutt resident that has over 25 years of experience as a banking executive and HR professional.  Much of that time was spent leading human resource, training, internal communications, facilities and purchasing teams for banks in the greater Los Angeles area and then more recently locally for both Heritage Oaks Bank and CoastHills Federal Credit Union. Karen is semi-retired and works part-time as the Chief Human Resource Officer for Glenn Burdette.

Karen has a B.A. degree from California State University, Northridge, CA, is a graduate of the Executive Development Program from the Institute of Financial Education, is a past Commissioner of the Department of Water & Power in Big Bear Lake, CA, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is a certified SPHRCA human resource professional.
